We’re all about classic cookies with HUGE FLAVOR. For us Americans, it’s the classic Chocolate Chip cookie (let's be real, it’s a superstar!). And for my Italian family & friends, it’s the Biscotti — the hard-to-resist dunking delight with espressos all over Ciao-land. So, I started The Biscotti Box to honor BOTH! Our newest big flavor coming THIS WEEK - the Blueberry Chamomile Biscotti.
Our mission? Tons of flavor explosions and spread the cookie love far and wide! Baking is truly our love language—it’s how we express our passion (I come from an Italian family - no shortage of passion here).
My passion now includes highlighting other small businesses (I actually do not like saying small - they. are. not. But you know what I mean). Since launching TBB, I've encountered so many rockstar businesses with missions of their own. So, I wanted to bring you a few of my faves, baking related or not! I'll also tell you about my fave TBB flavors below!

Did you know I have an entire list of flavor combos on my phone? Yep - my notes app has a page dedicated to flavor combos for chocolate chip cookies and biscotti limited time flavors. They come to me at the oddest times, so I started a notes page just for flavors.
The Double Chocolate mocha was a no brainer flavor on the list - I mean seriously who doesn't like all that chocolate? Well, actually, me. I don't. DO NOT FREAK OUT. Chocolate will always play a huge part in the TBB full spread of cookies & biscotti. I just don't love it being the only flavor. And it's a TOTAL ME PROBLEM. Not a fan of milk chocolate, I can enjoy a good dark chocolate, but it's just not my favorite.

Enter the double chocolate mocha biscotti flavor, it came out better than I expected (and I expect a lot from myself...it's the oldest daughter thing in me). It's chocolatey, but not sweet and the added bit of espresso adds the richness I was hoping for. A solid mocha flavor for the win!
Only thing is .... it's a limited time flavor, people! If you want some, grab some now. The shelf life is about 10 weeks (even with no added preservatives!) It's the twice baked goodness of biscotti. I bring it up because these won't be around for Mother's Day, so if you're thinking about getting some for Mom - do it now.
Oh, the wonders of ancient grains! The stunning Arizona Sonoran desert is bursting with more than just cacti. TBB has passionately embraced the Hayden Flour Mills White Sonoran and is thrilled to be a part of this brands story.
This flour! It's truly extraordinary—unlike any I've ever encountered. I'm in testing mode and can't help but feel it's the next big thing at TBB. I adore it! It's taking time to perfect the blend for our cookies and biscotti, but trust me, once I have it nailed down for every recipe, I'll be sharing all the delicious details with you nonstop!
